Ackbar and Boba Fett costume: By Gordon
Ackbar's head is simply built up out of sheet foam with plenty of sharp scissor sculpting. I covered it with a material called "Flex Glue" which is used in Theatre to coat stuff like furniture foam and styrofoam to give it a tough exterior "hide".
The Boba Fett was a true labor of love. And the Ackbar went together in about a week.
